I've never had problem skin in terms of acne or break outs, but my skin does have randomised break outs every now and then. I recently rummaged this out of the bathroom in a clear out, just in time for some real good honkin' white heads to show up. Lovely.
You can apply this up to 3 times a day, so for the most part I put it on every morning and evening, even after the spot was disappearing to help with any after blemish scarring. It's just a clear gel that stays pretty invisible, though I did notice that it left a little bit of a shiny patch. I started using this as soon as I noticed something appearing, and I definitely think that not only did it help get rid of my spots at twice the speed, but I think some of them would have come up a lot worse without this. Some of the redness that I get after spots was also reduced compared to what it normally is!
I would really recommend this, even if you only get occasional break outs like me. It's really good value and worked amazingly with my skin!
