Room tour!

Having been settled into my uni accommodation for a few weeks now, I thought it high time to give you a tour round my room! I even tidied especially ;)

I took quite a few photos because I'm also sending some to family (my nan is the particular culprit who wants to have a good nosey at where I'm now living), so happy browsing! If you have any questions about where I bought anything/how I made anything, just leave me a comment :)

how my room looks as you walk in the door :)

I made this cushion by hand, it took so long to sew everything on!

I wasn't expecting so much room to put things up, hence the small gap still!

the view from my window is so nice, especially now in autumn

my make up 'station'. I keep most of my make up in a drawer so there's not too much clutter :)

the white pot I bought from IKEA for lipsticks is actually a flower pot but I love it!

monitoring my money like there's no tomorrow, I'm determined to not be broke!

I made sure that I've got plenty of nice smells, my bathroom actually smells amazing

excuse the toilet shot, but this is the size of my bathroom. Pretty decent!

this is lurking behind the butterfly poster over my desk, it amuses me.

So there you go, my room! I'm putting together the finishing touches for my making your new home home post, but a lot of things I'm going to mention can be seen here. I know other people aren't as fussy about personalising their rooms, but I want mine to be cosy and make me happy when I start to feel home sick.
